John knocked it out of the park. We (my wife and I) had tried to sell the house ourselves but, after 21 days we gave up. Several realtors toured our home but John was the only one that asked for the listing. We signed a listing contract with him on a Monday. Saturday he held an open house and on the following Monday he brought us a contract. He skillfully helped us with the negotiations and after 1 day we had an agreed upon contract for almost the full asking price. He met all of our challenges. Tammy is a very professional and great real estate agent. She went the extra mile on putting up a coming soon sign in my yard before it hit the market and had a offer before it hit the market.
