As my husband and I began our search for a lease house closer to work we soon found ourselves very overwhealmed. We interviewed numerous agents and conducted vigorous discussions of expectations. The agent we decided to go with after all of that just did not perform. 60 days on market with no offers. Rather than replace her with our second choice we took a friend's recommendation to use Tammy. Tammy had just sold our friend's house in our same neighborhood and did a fantastic job. Within a week of signing up with Tammy she brought us two good offers. Tammy did all of the work instead of us doing most of it like we were doing with our initial realtor. John knocked it out of the park. We (my wife and I) had tried to sell the house ourselves but, after 21 days we gave up.
